According to preliminary estimates, the province's gross regional product (GDP) reached 1,647.69 billion yuan in 2024, representing a 3.2% increase from the previous year at constant prices. Employment situation. According to the statistics of the Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department, 377,000 new urban jobs were created in the whole year, 125.5% of the annual plan; 272,000 unemployed people were reemployed, 159.8% of the annual plan; 89,000 people with employment difficulties were employed, 178.2% of the annual plan.
- Agriculture
Agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, and fishery. The total output value of these sectors reached 590.41 billion yuan, marking a 3.1% increase from the previous year. Iv. Investment in fixed assets, construction and real estate development
Fixed asset investment. Fixed asset investment (excluding rural households) increased by 6.0% over the previous year. In terms of the three sectors, investment in the primary sector grew by 1.4 times, investment in the secondary sector increased by 1.6%, and investment in the tertiary sector decreased by 2.3%. By sector, industrial investment grew by 0.9%, and infrastructure investment increased by 11.0%. Fiscal revenue and expenditure. The province's general public budget revenue reached 145.2 billion yuan, marking a 4.0% increase from the previous year. Tax revenue amounted to 87.15 billion yuan, up 1.4%. General public budget expenditures totaled 645.45 billion yuan, representing an 11.7% increase from the previous year. Science and Technology. A total of 860 basic theoretical achievements, 1,437 applied technological achievements and 63 soft science achievements were obtained throughout the year. By the end of the year, 15.432 million people in the province were enrolled in the basic old-age insurance for urban employees (including retirees), marking a 1.3% increase from the previous year. - In the statistics of total retail sales of social consumer goods, units above the quota refer to wholesale enterprises (units) with annual main business income of 20 million yuan or above, retail enterprises (units) with annual main business income of 5 million yuan or above, and accommodation and catering enterprises (units) with annual main business income of 2 million yuan or above.
- Civil vehicle ownership: refers to the total number of vehicles registered with the public security traffic management department at the end of the reporting period in accordance with the "Motor Vehicle Registration Work Code". The main classification of automobile ownership statistics: according to the car owner, it is divided into personal (private) cars and unit cars.
- Mobile phone users: refers to all telephone users who enter the mobile phone network through the mobile phone switchboard at the end of the reporting period.
- Number of employees participating in basic medical insurance: including insured employees and insured retirees.
- Number of people participating in basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents: Due to policy adjustment, the new rural cooperative medical insurance has been fully integrated into basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents since 2017.
