BASIC INFORMATION

Gansu Province, referred to as "Gan" or "Long", is a provincial administrative region of the People's Republic of China, with its capital city being Lanzhou City. Located in the northwest of China, it is connected to Shaanxi Province in the east, Xinjiang in the west, Sichuan and Qinghai in the south, and Ningxia and Inner Mongolia in the north. It is located between 32°11′ and 42°57′ north latitude and between 92°13′ and 108°46′ east longitude, covering a total area of 425,800 square kilometers.
